Contract language:

The content of the contract, all other information, customer 
service, data information and the handling of complaints are
offered exclusively in German. Prices: 4.1 Billing takes place in euros. The prices apply at the
time of the order including statutory VAT plus all shipping

this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is:

Payment - payment methods:

shown as available in the order process: PayPal payment: With PayPal payment, the charge is made
immediately after the payment has been confirmed on the
PayPal website. In order to be able to carry out the payment
successfully, the customer must enter his PayPal user name
and his PayPal password. Credit card (MasterCard with MasterCard Secure Code,
Visa with Verfied by Visa, etc.): When paying by credit card,
the charge is usually made on the same day. When paying by
credit card, the customer provides the following data:
cardholder, card number, credit card company, expiry date,
CVV code and, depending on the credit card, the MasterCard
Secure Code or the Verified by Visa Code. We do not collect
data on payment by credit card, as credit card payments are
processed through our payment partner

Our payment partner encrypts the customer's credit card data
via SSL (at least 128bit) during data transmission and thus
they are not visible to unauthorized persons.
Late payment:

In the event of default in payment by the customer, we are
entitled to demand the statutory default interest.
The statutory interest rate for monetary claims between
entrepreneurs from entrepreneurial transactions is 9.2
percentage points above the base rate
However, if the debtor is not responsible for the delay,
the default interest rate is 4%. In addition, in the event
of default in payment, we are entitled to demand a lump sum
of EUR 30 from the debtor as compensation for any recovery

the media processed or created by us until all payments from
the business relationship with the customer have been
received. If the customer resells goods subject to retention
of title, he must also pass on the retention of title.
Access by third parties to our goods subject to retention of
title must be reported by the customer immediately.
Pledging, assignments by way of security and the like of the
goods subject to retention of title are only permitted with
our prior consent. If, in the event of default in payment,
payment is not made immediately after a reminder, our goods
subject to retention of title must be surrendered immediately.
The return costs are borne by the customer.

Warranty, liability, guarantee:

The guarantee is based on the statutory provisions. 
It is limited to the statutory period of 24 months from the
time the vehicle is taken over by the buyer or, in the case
of services, upon completion of the service. In the case of
justifiably complained about defects, depending on the choice
of the buyer, either free replacement or improvement will be
made, for which a reasonable period must be allowed, unless
the improvement or replacement is impossible or for the

days after receipt and notify us immediately if a defect is
found. Our company is only liable for damage caused by intent and
gross negligence. This does not apply to personal injury or
consumer transactions. The injured party has to prove the
existence of slight or gross negligence, provided it is not
a consumer transaction. Compensation for (defect)
consequential damage, as well as other material damage,
financial damage and damage to third parties against the
customer, unless it is a consumer transaction, is excluded.
Our company, as the operator of the web shop named in the
legal notice, provides services with the greatest care,
but is not liable for the services provided by third parties
or purchased from third parties.
The statutory warranty period of 2 years applies to all a

abode in Germany or if he is employed in Germany, only the
